Mazarron / Camposol Development

Since the first foundations were laid back in 1996 camposol has developed from a small urbanisation consisting of around 700 properties on phase A. Due to popular demand and affordability the development has expanded into the residential community that it has become today.

The original commercial centre on Phase A which started off with just one bar and one small supermarket has now grown to around 15 established businesses ranging from advertising companies to vets. There is now even a bus service which picks up and drops off at the local garden centre taking you into the neighbouring towns of Mazarron, El Pareton, Totana and as far-away as Murcia & Cartagena.

Because of the success of the commercial centre on Phase A the developers decided to give Phase B a huge commercial centre which has over 30 established thriving businesses and boasts a petrol station with car wash. Many new businesses have started trading on the phase B commercial centre with many more planned in the near future. The major new road development in the local area, including the new AP7 toll road extension and the MU603 upgrade are now complete & open. With a journey time from San Javier airport to Camposol of around 40 minutes and with the new airport at Corvera which should be open by 2010, the area is being laid wide open. The new terminal at alicante airport has made fast progress & looks very impressive, also the Sensol hotel located on Camposol is now fully open.
