New Restaurant On Camposol (21.07.10)
The new restaurant on Camposol has finally opened. Its not another chinese or indian; its a Bulgarian Restaurant; a nice change! I went to their open night on Tuesday 20th July where I sampled some of the cuisine that they will be serving & I must say - wow! The mixture of flavours from the food was beautiful.
The bread was fabulous and the meats were so juicy and delicious, as well as the smooth & crisp Bulgarian beer used to wash it all down with. I then admired the attention to detail that the decor had been given, ducted air conditioning around the restaurant & bar area so you stay cool wherever you're standing / seated.
The lovely stone on the walls, solid wooden doors, wooden roof beams & bar area, not to mention the tables & chairs both inside and out - they must have cost a pretty penny - but to get an authentic looking restaurant you have to go the extra mile; and I can safely say that Darren & Yanka have done just that!
We all wish Darren & Yanka the best of luck with this new venture, not that it looks like they need it!
